I’m not sure I can say that our brand manual has saved us money. Actually, quite the opposite is true. We have spent money! Having a brand we could be proud of has caused the city to invest in gateway and facility signs, stationery and merchandise with our city logo. We look for more and more ways to get the brand out into the community.
